Using a noninvasive aesthetic device, BTL Exilis Ultra employs a breakthrough combination of both radiofrequency waves and ultrasound energy simultaneously to tighten skin and enhance collagen and elastin production. The combination of these two energies allows results to be consistent, safe, and comfortable. We use the device to tighten the skin around the eyes, face, neck, and chest, firming skin and diminishing wrinkles. BTL Exilis Ultra can even be used to treat nontraditional areas like hands, ankles, knees, and earlobes.
What Areas Does BTL Exilis Ultra Treat?
This device can tighten the skin in almost any area, but it is most frequently used to treat sagging skin around the eyes, necks, and décolletage (chest) area. For body contouring, it can be used under the chin, around the bra line, on the knees, or the abdomen. It’s also popularly used to slim down love handles and contour the body.
How Many Sessions of BTL Exilis Do I Need?
The number of treatments required will depend on the area being treated, as well as the condition of the skin, age, and desired results. Most clients require between 2 – 4 treatments spaced a few weeks apart. Each area takes around 30 minutes per session to treat, so the length of sessions will also depend on how many areas you’d like to treat.
Does BTL Exilis Ultra Hurt?
Because of its revolutionary technology of controlled heating and cooling energy, BTL Exilis Ultra is one of the most comfortable skin tightening procedures available. Some patients even compare the treatment to a hot stone massage. During your treatment, one of our Panacea specialists will run the handpiece over your skin in a circular motion for a set amount of time. The laser will increase the heat to activate collagen and elastin deep within the skin and then change the energy to cool the deep tissue and surface layer before moving on. Temperatures on the skin are controlled throughout each session for patient safety.

I absolutely LOVE Sal and Manal and their very friendly staff! I originally bought a Groupon for some Botox to glow up for the big 49. When I called the staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I came in I was greeted with friendly smiles and seen right away. Manal explained where she would put my 40 units and I asked for more. At no point did she try to upsell me or tell me I needed anything else like I have experienced at other locations in the past. During my visit I also asked for a consult with Sal for plasma skin tightening my lids which I ended up booking and just finished my 3rd session with him today. He is always on time and very polite and very detailed in his work. Never once has he told me I needed more or try to upsell me on anything else. So far I love everything I’ve had done there. I’m also reasonable and expect that my genetic makeup and eating/drinking habits will affect my results as everyone should have these expectations. Drink before a procedure you’re gonna bruise. Period. I have read some of the bad reviews on here and based on the phenomenal service and results I’ve had so far I’d guess they are bitter or lying. I mean who’s looking for filler at 23?? If you’re not happy with your face at 23 then there’s nothing you’re gonna do to ever like your face. Have realistic expectations people and I guarantee you if you’re not happy they WILL fix it. Once the plasma takes full effect I’ll show proper before and after pictures but for now I’ll post a progress picture.
